Using our advanced metal stamping technology, Hifly Tool manufactures 200,000 of the following car sunroof rail bracket for Honda (China).

This rail bracket is constructed from 1.5 mm thick cold worked HC380LA. Because the product has a relative complex profile, and needs to form a screw hole through extrusion, it is really challenging for the tool design.

In addition, the part has to conduct electrophoresis to change to black after stamping, so as to increase water resistance.
