Using our advanced metal stamping technology, Hifly Tool manufactures 660,000 of the following valley base plate annually for the solar industry in USA.
This base plate is constructed from 1.2 mm thick ST sheet with 55% AL-ZN coating. The tool set designed include seven stations. The first station is a single die for blanket cutting. The second to sixth station connect with each other via a transfer, serving for all forming, small bend and hole perforating procedures. The seventh station is a single tool for V shape bend.
Because the parts have to be exposed to the open air, crack or fracture can’t exist in the AL-ZN coatings at all the bend areas. We redesigned all bends from acute angle to round angle upon the agreement of the customer, and choose high quality AL-ZN coating steel sheet from stated steel factory.
